Oh my lucky stars!! I've been faithfully following my new eating plan and WHOA!! lost SIX pounds already!! SIX pounds in THREE days!! I haven't had a drink of coffee since I started and don't feel fatigued at all. And the food I've been preparing is wonderful. Fresh fruits and veggies with lean chicken and a nice assortment of fish, and I'm creating all sorts of different dishes and enjoying each meal.
I know, I know, people say the weight you lose at first is water weight. Well, as long as that water is also removing fat cells from my body then all I can say is YES!! I'm in HAPPYVILLE!!!
