Since Saturday is National Card Making Day, we thought we'd show off our creations and inspire you do make a few of your own. Here's the sketch I created:

I always have way too many scraps left from my kits, but cardmaking helps to use them up. Here I used some paper from Basic Grey Sugared from May 2008!

And this is just the beginning! At The ScrapRoom, we are dedicating the entire month of October to cards! Yes, each and every day a new sketch with samples created by one of the MOD Squad will be posted on the message board. Hope you will join us!

Love the card Barbara, I just bought that border punch! The colors are just perfect!
That border is wonderful! Great use of it! I loved that Basic Grey kit. I remember Brenda started her class on using patterned papers with that kit. :)
