5 MINUTE CHOCOLATE MUG CAKE
4 tablespoons flour
4 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons cocoa
1 egg
3 tablespoons milk
3 tablespoons oil
3 tablespoons chocolate chips (optional)
a small splash of vanilla extract
1 large coffee mug
Add dry ingredients to mug, and mix well. Add the egg and mix thoroughly. Pour in the milk and oil and mix well. Add the chocolate chips (optional) and vanilla extract. Mix again.
Put your mug in the microwave and cook for 3 minutes at 1000 watts (high). The cake will rise over the top of the mug, and rise it does!! Look here:
But it does settle back down before its thru baking.
And finally, my critics had to make sure it was good enough to eat! Looks like it got the nod of approval:
There is definitely plenty for two per mug and, when served warm with whipped topping, made for an EXCELLENT quick dessert idea! Go ahead, be brave, but remember, its not calorie free! But then again, a substitution for the sugar and low fat topping would help. Just trying to help my girlfriends out here!
ENJOY!

I haven't tried this one, but I did find a recipe for brownie in a cup. It is basically the same recipe minus the egg. Quite yummy with a scoop of ice cream.
Oh my goodness, that's pretty cool! Maybe I'll try it with the kids this weekend.
I sooooo need to try this. Looks yummy and fun, surely the kids will love it.
